The talk will be on "Wellness Care and What Does That Mean?" Rondberg will explain how correcting interference or imbalance in the energy systems of the body can allow for better healing and to regulate yourself, the way you were intended. His approach is to help the individual unwind tension they are holding onto in their system from stress in their lives. This allows each person to realize the responsibility they have for their own health. The ultimate goal is to help people achieve a lifestyle that supports their optimum health and well-being. He teaches how specific lifestyle choices can help overcome patterns of chronic stress that challenge our health. These changes are implemented when the individual is ready, ultimately providing increasing levels of wellness. Rondberg has written extensively about wellness care, including its use in relieving insomnia, stress, fibromyalgia, and back pain, and enhancing general wellness. His knowledge of nutrition and the wellness lifestyle come both from his personal experience and long-term involvement in the nutrition and wellness industries. He has been called upon to advise and endorse many wellness products.
