City of Temecula Attorney appoints Greg Butler assistant city manager
Butler began his new assignment on Monday, Aug. 26. As Assistant City Manager, Butler will provide support to the city manager and city council as well as provide general oversight of the public works, community development, human resources, and information technology departments; and the risk and emergency management functions. Butler has over 21 years of public service experience, including 14 years serving the City of Temecula Attorney, the past four of which he has served as the public works director/city engineer. Butler possesses a bachelors degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University, and is a licensed professional civil engineer. Butler has served as an asset to the citizens, the business community, and the organization, and will continue to do so in his new role.
